Skentia collects the information needed to evaluate workspace access, configure rental operations, support authorized users, and maintain operational records inside the platform.

During rollout, workspace requests may include company, contact, branch, fleet, and operational setup details. Production workspace data may include customer, vehicle, contract, invoice, settlement, banking, payroll, and audit information entered by authorized users.

Skentia uses this information to provide the service, protect access, support onboarding, preserve operational continuity, and maintain system reliability. Access is limited to authorized workspace users and platform administration where required for support and operation.

Formal privacy terms may be updated as the rollout matures and customer onboarding expands.
